The Expert
John Hamelburg, President/CEO, served for the Randolph Police Department for 35 years, from 1986 to 2022. He held the ranks of Patrol Officer, Detective, Detective Sergeant, Detective Lieutenant, Shift Commander, Administrative Lieutenant, and retired as the Commander of Operations and Training.
An active trainer for the Massachusetts Police Training Committee, John has trained hundreds of police officers throughout his career and carries a number of trainings and certifications. Serving on the Safety and Security Board for the Randolph School District, John was instrumental in securing a Violent Intruder Preparedness program for the local schools and also offers training for residents, businesses, houses of worship, medical facilities, and more.
John’s decades of hands-on experience allows an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of threat preparedness, investigations, the importance of adhering to legal standards, and the value of discretion.
